Extract it to drive C:\

Run the program C:\Digital\digital.exe

If it doesn't work install a java runtime environment e.g. the one from
http://glasnost.itcarlow.ie/~mcmanusa/notes/c2p/assignment/jre-8u111-windows-x64.exe
Once the JRE (java runtime environment) is installed the digital software 
should now run. So now run C:\Digital\digital.exe.
