In this project, we decide not hire people. Just do it on our own. So, this business will have 3 employees. We 3 will afforded all the cost. Things could cost is employees’ wage, website operating cost, device produce cost and marketing cost. Since we do project at home or school. So, we will have not cost for building and traffic. The market of the project is Chinese student who want to learning English or consolidate their English skill. There has the number of Chinese students want to go abroad study. But they don’t have good English skill. Even they pass the IELTS. So still find it’s hard to study in the first place. Because they don’t have that English environment. This project will help they with that. And for VR device normally is very expensive. So, we decide we will do 2 type of VR device. One is for mobile device like mobile phone tablet. Other one is for PC. Obviously, PC can have better experience with VR. We need get some PC VR device to let our customer have experience with VR. Have experience with our product. For the PC site device, we cannot make it on our own. So, we will buy PC VR device form supplier. For mobile site, we decide to make our own mobile VR device. It is easy to make and not that expensive. We assume we will buy 3 PC VR device. And produce 1,000 devices in the first place. Since we 3 group members already have laptop which is can support VR (not best experience, but still can run). So, we don’t need to upgrade our laptop. Before produce devices, we will produce some prototype and select the one has best user experience. Then we mass produce. The product price is depended on what cost for each price when produce. It will not be depended on other cost in the business. Just for produce progress.
